As Props Lead for this production I was in charge of acquiring, building, and designing the props for the show. My proudest creation for this production was making the drink props for the bar scene. In this scene, there is a huge dance number where the actors need to dance and move without spilling the drinks. For this, I used gel wax to mimic the liquid so it still had a bubbly/transparent look and added fake ice cubes that would float on top. Overall the show was extremely props heavy so I got a lot of experience just based on the pure workload. Not to mention we had to change venues halfway due to a broken water pipe causing damage to the original venue. #Props4life
